Living Well “With The One That I Love” – See the Ad Now!
Odds are, you’re probably in the midst of the most killer spring break of your life right now (or if you’re like me, “spring break” = “work week”). But either way, the weather is warming up, the trees are greening, and we’re all shaking winter’s frost off our creaky old bones and preparing to get down right social in the springtime sun.
One of the greatest social pastimes of all times is the listening to of recorded music. Luckily, that’s exactly what we specialize in around here. To that end, we introduce to you, Living Well, the new project from ex-Alexander the Great-ers Bryant Fox and Ben Lumsdaine. Their new full-length album With The One That I Love is available from us starting now. If you wonder what this music sounds like, I’ll describe it like this…imagine the catchy hooks that ATG was so good for, minus the proggy aspects of that former life and distilled down into an upbeat, action packed 36 minutes that you’ll never be able to scrape off of your brain. Maybe it’d be appropriate to mention some bands like the Strokes, or The Get Up Kids, or Arctic Monkeys here, but I can’t be sure, so I won’t do it.
Another one of life’s greatest possible occurrences is a game of Euchre. I’ve been told that this card game originated in Indiana, but I also get the feeling that it probably originated in every other place where they play it, too. Either way, it’s big fun! That’s why we’re releasing this new Living Well album in the only format that seemed to suit it…an extremely limited edition Euchre Deck/Puzzle/MP3 album!! No joke, these things are gorgeous, feel great, and going to go real fast.

Frank Schweikhardt – “Kitchen Table” Release Date, Album Cover, and Tracklist
I can’t tell you how thoroughly pumped and excited I am to tell you about this! May 14th, 2013. That’s the day. After a long wait (4 years, to be exact), Frank Schweikhardt is finally prepared to release his brand new full-length album, Kitchen Table to the world. In an effort to build suspense and generate interest, I’m not going to tell you anything about it. Nope. Because I want you to get excited and curious about it, I’m not going to tell you how every single moment on this album is perfect, or how it’s more band oriented than Life But No More, or how it’s heavier and catchier than anything Frank has done before. That will all have to wait. For now, all I can say is that the official release date for the record is May 14th, 2013. We’ll have some preorder info up before too long, and we’ll have a LOT more to say about this record soon. Below here is the album cover, and also the tracklist. A fun thing to do might be to look at the cover, read the song titles, and based on that combination try to imagine what the songs sound like. THEN, when the record comes out, listen to it and see if the song in your mind matches the song IRL!

husband&wife Releasing New 7″ And Need Your Help!
The year is 2012, the world is changing. In the olden days, teenagers used to start bands, then rich old fat cats would put up a bunch of dough to release the teen band’s record. Then, if the record didn’t sell a billion copies, the fat cats would kick the teen band out the door and the band members would get bitter, quit music and get day jobs. Or, the record WOULD sell a billion copies. The fat cats – owning the record and the band – would then pimp the teenagers to the four corners of the globe until they were hollow shells of their former selves and everybody hated them. Then, they’d turn to drugs, their lives would be ruined, and the fat cats would be fatter.
